This is a critical role in our cardiovascular program, requiring the ability to prepare equipment, ensure a sterile environment, and train new staff. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a procedural area and hold current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
Key Responsibilities
The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist will be responsible for:
- Preparing equipment before and during procedures.
- Ensuring a sterile environment and maintaining it throughout the procedure.
- Collaborating with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) training and ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
