What are the responsibilities and job description for the Radial Angiography and Interventional Radiology Technologist position at Norman Regional Health System?
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Program
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or
- Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
- Basic Life Support
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
Responsibilities:
This role involves preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient condition, providing patient care, maintaining a sterile environment, and collaborating with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
