  • A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Vocational or Associate’s degree preferred in related field
  • 1-2 years of previous quality experience required. Automotive preferred.
  • 6 months to 2 years of mechanical ability involving fixtures and gauges
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in CPK analysis, Gauge R&R and other statistical quality tools
  • Ability to develop and write Operation Standards and Work Instructions
  • Advanced knowledge of the TBH Coordinate System
  • Knowledge of handheld measurement devices as well as CMM, LMI and scanning tools
  • Prior experience operating Catia viewer
  • Experience in reading drawings, specifications and engineering standards
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems in fast paced environments
