- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Vocational or Associate’s degree preferred in related field
- 1-2 years of previous quality experience required. Automotive preferred.
- 6 months to 2 years of mechanical ability involving fixtures and gauges
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in CPK analysis, Gauge R&R and other statistical quality tools
- Ability to develop and write Operation Standards and Work Instructions
- Advanced knowledge of the TBH Coordinate System
- Knowledge of handheld measurement devices as well as CMM, LMI and scanning tools
- Prior experience operating Catia viewer
- Experience in reading drawings, specifications and engineering standards
- Ability to troubleshoot problems in fast paced environments
