Job Title: Sr. Accounts Payable Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Accounts Payable Analyst to work with our client in Houston, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume invoices and manage vendor relations for a multi-state, multi-project manufacturing company.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions, ensuring proper documentation and archiving for auditing purposes.
- Assist with month-end closing by ensuring timely and accurate recording of accounts payable transactions.
Requirements:
- 3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, finance, or accounting roles with manufacturing background experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or AP Certified.
- Technical proficiency in Concur, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), preferably Hedberg and Vivid ERP.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proven ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies.
