**Job Overview:**
Jefferson Wells is supporting our client in the manufacturing industry on their search for an interim financial professional to ensure business continuity while they conduct a search for a permanent solution.
This position is located at our client's plant and responsible for the overall accounting, plant financials, budgets, forecasts, and internal controls.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the monthly/quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and special analyses for the plant.
- Ensure processes are compliant with GAAP and Company Policy.
- Identify differences in processes, assign workstream responsibilities, regularly communicate with plant leadership, and meet deadlines for standardizing identified procedures.
**Requirements:**
- Undergraduate Degree with a concentration in a business-related field (i.e. accounting, finance, economics, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of progressively more responsible experience in accounting / financial analysis preferably in a plant setting.
