Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
New Jersey-based Commercial Real Estate service and development firm is seeking a new full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for their very busy and dynamic office. Must be detail-oriented and a team player to be able to work alongside other Administrative staff. Candidate must be able to multi-task in order to support a team of sales Associates.
Responsibilities:
- Order office supplies and keep supply room organized
- Greeting clients and answering phones
- Prepare mailers- entails some research
- Help keep the front office area and kitchen clean
- Manage holiday mailings and office party
- Manage various other projects
- Produce letters and memoranda
- Mail distribution
- Various other clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing and email correspondence
- Use various web-based programs to pull information
- Typing 50 WPM
- Managing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
2-5 years experience working in a professional office
Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00-4:00
