What You’ll Be Doing
- Process a high volume of invoices (5,000 per week) across multiple channels (mail, email, fax, EDI).
- Accurately enter invoice data and ensure all records are properly sorted and coded.
- Maintain heavy filing and document organization to keep operations running smoothly.
- Verify invoice accuracy and match them correctly for on-time payments.
- Collaborate with the AP team and other departments to research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Provide support on various AP tasks as needed.
What You Bring to the Role
- One year of Accounts Payable, data entry, or administrative experience.
- Prior experience with filing and document management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a fast-paced workflow.
- Comfortable handling confidential financial information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic PC skills.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
