The JOB
The PBX Operator serves as the voice of the resort, managing all incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency. This role ensures clear communication between guests, staff, and departments while maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction. The PBX Operator is responsible for handling guest requests, coordinating internal communications, and responding promptly to emergencies or urgent needs.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a customer service or PBX operator role preferred, ideally in a resort or hotel environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including phone systems, MS Office, and property management systems (PMS).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as required by resort operations.
- Must meet NHHR background screening requirements.
