Jelly Belly employees must meet the qualifications required to perform each task of the job in a satisfactory manner.
Employee must have (5) years journeyman level mechanical and electrical skills including installation, repair and troubleshooting skills. Must be able to troubleshoot industrial electrical controls, read schematics, perform plant wiring, panel building and conduit.
Requires the ability to read and write the English language in order to accurately and speedily follow written instructions. Frequently works while standing, and works in a controlled heat environment over normal room temperature. Employee will be required to perform unassisted lifting of materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Also frequently bends, stoops, and reaches with hands and arms.
The current wage rate for this Job Classification is outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
This position will be awarded to a qualified applicant in accordance with merit, ability, and seniority provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
