Job Description


The base salary range for this role is between $110,000 — 135,000 USD per year.

Reporting to theClient Partner, you will contribute to the daily running of one of our accounts, a social media and online video sharing platform, working with some of the industry's hottest talent and leading the conversation about what value Jellyfish and our proprietary tools can bring in growing their business. As we're a full-service partner, these accounts could be creative, media or technology-leaning - an exciting opportunity to stretch your existing skillset and knowledge.

You will grow your experience running digital first campaigns, ad in platform and technology through Jellyfish Training, and manage internal relationships to ensure that roles are clear and deliverables are met.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be central within the client team and understand the creative process, whether that's brand to social, brief to delivery - and everything in between.
  • Navigate across different teams working in collaboration with Integrated Producers, our projects span two areas: Creative Collective and AI Studios.
  • Understand and interpret them into agency action, identifying any growth opportunities.
  • You will be responsible for co-ordinating across internal specialist teams autonomously, to manage client needs and perform BAU tasks to ensure delivery.
  • You will support the team by independently implementing everyday fundamental tools, such as status updates, meeting agendas/notes, Salesforce data and financial accuracy, striving for the best Client Management standards.
  • You will continue to stay on top of the latest developments, advocating for these areas and being a go-to person for our clients.
  • Promote how Jellyfish solutions can support a client's goals and identify opportunities to enhance our client offering.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the digital marketing industry to propose creative solutions that enhance campaign performance and contribute to client strategies.
  • You will support the client team, ensuring they have the appropriate resources needed to meet client needs, delegate to others, and provide appropriate support and feedback to help develop our client relationship.
  • Work with data to interperet into tangible actions for the client and teams respectively.
  • Work with, and interpreting data from dashboards and other platforms.

Qualifications
  • 4 years of operational experience including exposure to different commercial models, both retained or project/time and material led.
  • 4 years of experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, and have an interest in developing your Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects for ongoing engagements with our clients/partners.
  • 4 years agency, client or platform experience.
  • Must have solid Client Management experience working within creative marketing, with expertise in paid and organic social, creative strategy and development of workflows and creative production
  • Demonstrated expertise in task management, account leadership and project coordination.
