Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing menu recommendations and upselling items when appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately, utilizing basic math skills for transactions.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and culinary techniques to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or the food industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
