The Security Guard is responsible for protecting company assets and providing a safe environment for all Team Members and guests.
Job Duties :
- Champion our code of conduct and always adhere to professionalism
- Provides directions within our facility and escorts to guests in need
- Aids civil and law enforcement authorities as required
- Regularly provides escorts of assets and persons in asset handling positions
- Patrols all sections of the property to identify safety hazards and breaks in our security standards
- Documents all applicable incidences in accordance with company policy
- Records all lost and found items with detailed descriptions of people and incidents
- Meets the attendance guidelines of the department and adheres to departmental and company policies, remaining in compliance with all applicable rules, laws and regulations.
- The ability to develop and maintain professional, trusting and positive working relationships with co-workers and guests
- Ability to keep a friendly and calm demeanor in high-stress situations and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision or as a part of a team
- Attends all required meetings and training courses mandated by the company
