Jenkins Chevrolet of Venice is now hiring Express Lube Technicians to perform oil changes, rotate/balance and repair/replace tires, resurface rotors, flush fluids, replace filters, etc. Previous auto mechanical or service department experience is a plus - We will train you!
We welcome Technicians from other brands and Industries such as:
Firestone, Valvoline, Pep Boys, Jiffy Lube, Midas, etc.

- Perform multi-point inspection of vehicle including fluids, battery, belts,
- Change or top off all fluids, grease bearings, check/change oil filter
- Change, mount, and balance tires
- Repair and replacement of tires
- Check tire pressure and add air if needed
- Maintain the dealership records and provide recommendations to customers regarding their vehicles
- Learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to keep up with rapidly changing technology
- Responsible for keeping the shop area neat and clean
Auto repair experience/training and/or basic auto equipment knowledge preferred. Dealership service department experience a plus!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Good work ethic
