Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role that requires a strong understanding of quality control processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality control checks on all hatchery processes, ensuring quality assurance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Weigh each set of eggs at set and transfer, and record moisture loss of hatching eggs to guarantee chick quality.
- Candle eggs as part of our QC program, providing information used to formulate hatch projections.
- Perform regular inspections of eggshell temperature during the incubation process.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of chick servicing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
