Pay: $65k - $75k

What Will You Do?
- Manage and maintain key customer master profiles based on client requirements
- Provide sales support for key import accounts
- Investigate and resolve operational problems efficiently
- Oversee and multitask between ocean and air import operations
- Delegate responsibilities in line with managerial directives
- Ensure team compliance with Operational Data Quality Policies through training and file auditing
- Build strong relationships with clients and serve as an escalation point
- Process import documentation accurately and within required timeframes
- Coordinate with overseas agents to ensure all required documents are received
- Facilitate customs clearance through timely ISF filing and AMS compliance
- Expedite inbound shipments and manage payment approvals
- Perform accurate billing, collections, and dispute resolution
- Collaborate with the Brokerage Department for ISF filings and customs clearances
- Negotiate rates with vendors and provide rate quotations to shippers and agents
- Identify and promote additional business opportunities
- Communicate daily with overseas agents, vendors, and customers
- Perform other duties as required
What Will You Need?
- 3-5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Expertise in FCL/LCL ocean cargo logistics and documentation
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding terms, trucker/carrier operations, and NVOCC functions
- Familiarity with Bills of Lading and general import regulations
- Proficiency in CargoWise and experience with ABI, AMS, and ACE systems
- Web tracking capabilities and excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to collaborate and support team initiatives
- Ability to successfully pass a required background check
