Job Summary:
Communicate and deliver Jenne’s Cloud value proposition to Jenne’s existing and new reseller base, inside and outside sales teams.
Duties/Responsibilities:
The roles and responsibilities of the Partner Development Manager may include but are not limited to:
Execute the sales strategy for Jenne Cloud
- Convert existing partners from marketing and selling competitive brands to Jenne Cloud offers.
- Increase MRR of Jenne partners through enablement efforts.
- Identify, develop and establish relationships with new partners.
- Manage and develop cloud business for a defined partner base and region.
- Drive business development activity and be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual business targets.
- Heavy outbound business development calling and networking to hunt for and identify new partners.
- Recruit, onboard, train, mentor and motivate new partners on Jenne Cloud
- Responsible for reporting on the progress of activities and the results at the frequency established by management.
- Understand Jenne’s key cloud initiatives, products, vertical markets served and effectively position the value to partners.
- Work with Jenne sales teams to expand the transacting partner base.
- Exercise independent judgement to identify, develop and establish relationships with new resellers.
- Assist the Cloud Team with driving sales of Network Provider Products, including network, fiber, coax, and Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) solutions.
- Develop and build relationships with carriers to maximize sales growth and support Jenne Alliance relationships from a sales-related network product perspective.
- Ensure all provider price changes, new network product introductions, promotional announcements, and network provider organizational changes are communicated in a timely manner both internally and externally.
Point of contact for Jenne Partners on Jenne Cloud Programs
- Utilize Jenne programs and incentives to leverage sales.
- Serve as a liaison to the Jenne Cloud Team for all network quote requests, opportunities, and submissions, ensuring partners receive network quotes in a quick and timely fashion.
- Track the full life cycle of all Network Provider quotes, including:
o Maintaining a current and organized list of quotes requested by partners by carrier.
o Following orders placed through provisioning until installation.
o Ensuring signed copies of all contracts are stored and tracked.
o Tracking the number of escalations and quotes/signed contracts per partner.
o Composing bi-weekly reporting on all new quote metrics.
o Learning how to obtain multiple quotes from carriers and providing accurate and competitive quotes to partners in a timely manner.
Provide product expertise for Jenne sales and partners.
- Understand product road maps & communicate key elements.
- Understand go-to-market strategies, category trending and competitive information and leverage knowledge to increase recruitment and revenue.
- Product expert on complete Jenne cloud portfolio and applicable hardware (SIP end points, SBC’s, SD-WAN, switches, routers, etc.)
- Utilize and provide tools, guides, and collateral for partners and Jenne sales teams.
- Become knowledgeable on network, fiber, coax, and SD-WAN solutions and have the ability to recommend applicable solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Help provide carrier sales technical assistance and recommendations to partners and Jenne sales teams.
- Stay updated on new products/services with new and existing carriers to ensure partners and sales teams are informed.
Develop relationships with partners and cloud vendor sales teams.
- Assist Jenne and vendor sales teams to qualify, drive and track closure of pipeline opportunities with partners.
- Establish relationships and regular communication with vendor sales teams.
- Engage with key partners using video conferencing, audio conferencing and trade shows.
Return on Investment (ROI) Measurements
- Increase Jenne cloud revenue.
- Increase number of resellers purchasing Jenne cloud services
- Increase sales of Network Provider Products and track related partner performance metrics, including quote conversion rates and revenue attribution.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/sales, or 4 years of relevant sales experience
- Minimum of 2 plus years of sales experience
- Product background knowledge of cloud, telephony, video conferencing and unified communications a plus
- Must be highly motivated and possess a personal commitment to the success of the sales organization and goals.
Travel Requirements:
25% travel is required for this position, overnight travel and stays may be expected.
Physical Requirements: (In compliance with ADA)
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds.
