Compensation : 100,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
Stay updated on current real estate market trends and changes in local regulations
Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants
Show properties to interested buyers or tenants
Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction
Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients
Qualifications :
A successful and proven sales history is preferred
Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
Organized and manages time effectively
Great communication and social skills
Tech savvy
Valid real estate license in the state of Florida
Strong knowledge of real estate law, property management, and fair housing regulations
Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven sales experience with a track record of success
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for clients
