Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Support:
· Greet and assist walk-in customers
· Manage will-call orders by confirming customer details and process payment
· Handle phone call overflow, ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
Sales Support and Data Entry:
· Assist in entering sales order data, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records in the company sales databases
· Assist with generating daily, weekly, or monthly sales and operations duties & reports
· Process online orders as needed
Warranty and Return Management:
· Process warranty claims by verifying product details, customer information, and purchase history
· Coordinate with the warehouse and suppliers to manage returns, replacements, or repairs
· Track and document all warranty and return transactions, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
General Office Duties:
· Organize and maintain filing systems for sales orders, warranty claims, and general company documents
· Assist with preparing and sending out invoices and follow-up communications as needed
· Coordinate and oversee front office, ensuring the front desk area is stocked and organized
Customer Service:
· Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance to customers
· Build strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within a sales, retail, or parts supply environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), NetSuite a plus
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of sales or inventory management systems
Salary : $18 - $21
