Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Real Estate Assistant at Jenny Rutherford Real Estate, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for real estate agents;
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to real estate transactions;
• Performing market research and analysis to support client decision-making;
• Handling administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and paperwork;
• Supporting marketing initiatives, including the creation of property brochures, social media posts, and other promotional materials;
• Assisting with client onboarding and orientation, explaining processes and providing support as needed;
• Collaborating with vendors and service providers to coordinate inspections, repairs, and other necessary tasks;
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors;
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a valid Georgia Real Estate License, a valid Driver's License, and a reliable mode of transportation. Additionally, you should possess proven experience as a real estate assistant or in a similar administrative/support role within the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of real estate practices, MLS systems, and transaction management, as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, are also essential requirements.
