Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring that it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Utilize Google Suite and other software for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
- Assist with various tasks as needed, including supporting personal assistants or other administrative staff.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered by the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and other office software applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
