Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
- Process payments and handle customer inquiries
- Maintain knowledge of customer policies and procedures
- Contribute to data entry tasks and assist with special projects
- Develop and maintain Knowledge Management Resources
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
- Ensure accuracy in transaction processing and identify errors
- Foster a positive work environment and demonstrate professionalism
Requirements:
- Dual language proficiency in English and Spanish
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of experience in a comparable role
- Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Previous data entry experience advantageous
- Pass state background checks
- Learn proprietary software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Located in Jupiter, Florida
- Possess soft skills: personal effectiveness, creative problem-solving, strategic thinking
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
- Maintain confidentiality in all matters
Preferred Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education
- Zendesk experience
- SAP or ERP/MRP expertise desirable
