Job Duties:

• Route, Schedule, and Dispatch: Efficiently plan and assign daily tasks to mowing and maintenance teams using Asset Include Software.
• Monitor Crew Performance: Track crew efficiency through KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
• Ensure Quality and Customer Satisfaction: Oversee crew performance to guarantee exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
• Timekeeping and Auditing: Accurately monitor and adjust crew hours to maintain precise timekeeping records.
• Equipment Management: Coordinate with the shop team to ensure proper maintenance of all equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing longevity.
• Team Development: Train and onboard new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Brand Ambassador: Uphold our commitment to superior quality and customer service, reinforcing our brand promise and delivering excellent results.
• Crew Support: Step in to assist crews with day-to-day duties if the need arises.

A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 3 years of professional lawn and landscape experience
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• Adept in using various computer programs and applications
• Exceptional organizational and strong time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to largely work independently and as part of a team
• Prior routing/scheduling experience greatly preferred
