Talent Acquisition Partner Role
We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Arizona, Nevada, California or elsewhere in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.
This role involves partnering with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand open positions, company branding, and recruiting strategy.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and salary negotiations.
- Utilize Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and other tools to engage passive candidates, particularly for technical roles.
- Promote and optimize the Employee Referral Program to drive high-quality talent acquisition.
- Actively participate in university recruiting efforts, including coordinating and attending career fairs.
Requirements
We're looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year institution.
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in technical recruiting within an agency or corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines in niche technical areas within a multi-state or multinational environment.
- Experience recruiting for engineering, architectural, or professional consulting roles is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS and other web-based recruiting systems.
