PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads Talent Acquisition efforts at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel, implementing innovative strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role plays a critical part in aligning hiring practices with the organization’s mission, vision, and values, ensuring a workforce that delivers exceptional guest experiences. By fostering a high-performing team and collaborating across departments, the Talent Acquisition Manager drives initiatives that support the company’s strategic goals, workforce planning, and long-term success.

Leadership and Team Development : Inspire and develop the Talent Acquisition team, providing coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance individual and team performance. Establish performance goals and ensure team alignment with organizational objectives.Strategic Recruitment and Workforce Planning : Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to address current and future hiring needs, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals. Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring demands and develop proactive workforce planning solutions.Candidate Experience and Employer Branding : Champion a seamless and engaging candidate experience that reflects the company’s commitment to guest service. Partner with marketing to enhance employer branding through storytelling, social media, and outreach campaigns.Data Analysis and Process Optimization : Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire, to evaluate and improve talent acquisition effectiveness. Continuously improve recruitment tools, systems, and processes to drive operational efficiency and excellence.Collaboration and Cross-Functional Partnerships : Build and maintain strong relationships with department leaders to understand talent needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies. Partner with HR leadership, Talent Development, and Compensation teams to align recruitment practices with retention, development, and market trends.Job Description Oversight : Own the oversight and development of job descriptions to ensure they reflect the evolving needs of the business, clearly outline role expectations, and support success for both team members and the organization.FTE Management : Own tracking and communication of FTE budgets, ensuring departmental staffing remains aligned with budgetary constraints and organizational goals.Compliance and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) : Ensure compliance with employment laws, Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO), and organizational policies. Advance DEI initiatives in recruitment processes, fostering an inclusive hiring environment that reflects the values of Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel.Event and Program Coordination : Lead and oversee recruitment events, including career fairs and open houses, ensuring successful outcomes and broad representation. Manage team member referral and incentive programs, promoting participation and tracking results.Additional Contributions : Stay updated on talent acquisition trends and best practices, implementing strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Alternatively, two (2) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.)Five (5) years of full-time talent acquisition or recruitment experience.Strong understanding of recruitment tools and HR technologies.Skills and Abilities :

Education and Certifications
Experience in leading a team in recruitment or talent acquisition.Experience in hospitality, gaming, or a similar service-driven industry.Professional certifications such as PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP.Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member / Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
