WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We are looking for a Marketing Events Strategist/Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is based in our Reno, NV corporate office
As the Marketing Events Strategist/Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing impactful events that engage customers, highlight our innovative solutions, and drive new business opportunities. This is a key role in our team, perfect for someone passionate about creating memorable experiences that support business growth.
A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
- Planning and Executing Events: Coordinate all logistics for trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events, including scheduling, booth setup and takedown, staffing, and on-site execution.
- Webinar Coordination: Oversee webinar logistics, including scheduling, integration with sales, and implementing best practices for pre-webinar promotion, live execution, and post-webinar follow-up.
- Budget Management: Track event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with venues, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary resources and meet deadlines.
- Event Promotion: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop event collateral, digital promotions, and post-event follow-ups.
- Provide Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze event performance to identify insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales and product teams to align event strategy with business goals.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field (preferably B2B).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, webinar platforms, and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel for events as required (up to 10%).
