The Invoicing / Administrative Clerk reports directly to the Customer Accounts Supervisor and will collaborate across various departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented setting and is eager to take on new challenges while maintaining a positive attitude.
Primary Responsibilities
The Invoicing / Administrative Clerk will perform the following key tasks :
Administrative and Invoicing Duties
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently to meet daily deadlines.
- Enter data into company software systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Answer multi-line phone calls with a positive and professional demeanor, managing call transfers and paging as needed.
- Greet visitors and vendors promptly and courteously in the front lobby.
General Office Support
Collaboration and Teamwork
Work collaboratively to meet organizational goals and deadlines.
