WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, fostering strong client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You have been a successful construction products-related sales manager and possess strong leadership and strategic vision. You have excellent organization, project management, and communication skills. Fostering lasting relationships with new and existing clients comes natural to you along with facilitating your sales team’s success.
A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting market research
- Building and implementing strategic business plans with the sales team
- Managing Budgets
- Utilizing our CRM tool to capture and maintain client database
- Working with production to ensure successful and timely delivery of products and services
- Ensuring we meet and exceed sales targets

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the location(s) noted above and is the range Jensen Precast reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position. We consider the wide variety of factors in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Jensen Precast offers various competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, PTO, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$85,000—$120,000 USD
