The primary business of JEOL USA is the sales of new instruments and peripherals and support of scientific instruments throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and South America.Join us now as a Field Service EngineerYou will travel daily to customer sites to install scientific instruments and provide hands on technical support, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair electron microscopes for clients in Florida.Field Service Engineer ResponsibilitiesInstall new or modified electron microscopes at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specificationsIndependently diagnose and repair electron microscopes within the territoryReview reports and documentation from customers and inspect malfunctioning instrument to determine nature and scope of problemCommunicate with clients, vendors, supervisors and any other persons or organizations with whom interaction is required to accomplish workResolve problems with affected instrument or prepare a report of findings and recommendations.
