Standard Responsibilities:
- Company Leader
- Leader of Visitor Center- Tour and Retail Departments
- Accountable for Retail Department:
-KPI Reporting
-Evaluates Retail Staff Performance
-Monthly Inventory
-Merchandise Ordering and Placement
-Floor Moves
-Holiday Decorating & Merchandising
-Signage & barcodes
-Ordering- Spirits, Merchandise, Front Desk Supplies, and Retail Supplies
-POS updates
- Accountable for Tour Department:
-KPI Reporting
-Directs Tour Leads and Tour Guides in Coaching and Training
-Evaluates Tour Staff Performance
-Evaluates Visitor Center Tourism Experiences
-Develops and Improves all FOH Tour Experiences
-Hands-on in fulfilling Tours and Retail duties
-Order Spirits for Tastings, Tour Supplies
-Develops and Evolves Tourism Partnerships/Networking
- Critical KPI department reporting- Sales and Acquisition, Customer Engagement, Brand Perception, Department Revenue, Operations, Merchandise Summaries, Labor
- Professionally resolves Visitor Center staff or customer complaints/issues, communicating assistance when necessary and appropriate.
- Essential Managerial Duties:
-Opening Visitor Center
-Closing Visitor Center
-Attend and Actively Participate in Weekly Manager Meetings
-Assist in all in-house events
-Assist in all private events when applicable to schedule
-Partnering with Assistant GM for daily/weekly employee assignment
-Employee Performance Reviews

-Problem solving all department issues
-Upholding Jeptha Creed policies and standards
-Team player to complete distillery/ visitor center assignments

Requirements:
3 years in Hospitality Management/ Customer Service Industry
1 years in Food and Beverage Industry OR Bourbon/Spirits Industry
1 years with tourism or distillery visitor center experience
Management Skills are required
Weekends Shifts are required
Must be able to stand and exert fast paced mobility for periods of up to 4 hours in length
Able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift 70 pounds
Jeptha Creed Visitor Center Hours:
Monday-Wednesday: Closed to Public
Thursday: 11am- 6pm
Friday: 11am- 6pm
Saturday: 11am- 6pm
Sunday: 12pm- 5pm
Typical Weekly Shifts:
*Hours may vary week to week for different events, trainings, or meetings.
Wednesday: 9:30am-3pm
Thursday: 9:30am- Close (6:30pm-7pm)
Friday: 9:30am- Close (6:30pm-7pm)
Saturday: 9:30am- Close (6:30pm-7pm)
Sunday: 11am- Close (5:30pm-6pm)
The is a full-time position. Designating you to be eligible in participating in Jeptha Creeds benefits and 401k program.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
