At Jericho, we also pay the best in the industry. Our refinisher helpers make $20.00/hour during training and up to then $23/hour with a possibility of increase if budget allows after training. Including eligibility for bonuses on every project.

Requirements

• Required to have your own vehicle preferably a truck/van.
• Some experience with stripping and refinishing cabinetry with lacquer-based finished preferred.
• Pass a background check, physical capacity profile, and drug test.
• Be self-motivated and reliable.
• Must be willing to receive and take directions.
• Must be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Outgoing, energetic, and have a passion for your work.
• Have ability to promote to finisher.
