Jerry Pittman is hiring a Senior Project Manager in Pascagoula, MS. This is an onsite position which requires US Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
Job Description:
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Successful Candidate must have computer programming skills Visual Basic and/or SQL.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 6 years in related field; 4 years of relevant professional experience with a Master's Degree ; A combination of experience and education maybe substituted in lieu of degree.
Preferred Design Disciplines:
Computer programming skills Visual Basic and/or SQL . experience with Project Management budgets, manning and performance preferred. A basic understanding of Earned Value Management (EV).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $47.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
