Jerry’s Auto Group has an outstanding opportunity for a talented and experienced Internet Sales Manager to join our winning team at our Chevrolet Dealership. Responsibilities include training sales staff to respond to and follow up with our Internet leads and phone calls. The goal is to provide world-class customer service in directing a customer from a lead prospect to a sold customer and assisting staff and working with customers to overcome objections and close deals. We are closed on Sundays so our employees can be with their families.
Candidates must have a successful track record of meeting sales objectives in a BDC or Internet Sales Management position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Train new hires and experienced sales professionals on ways to improve lead performance.
- Oversee the daily operations of Internet Sales and mentor associates in the performance of lead handling.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and coach sales staff on the process and use of CRM software
- Meeting with sales consultants to plan and implement objectives for achieving sales goals
- Ensure the sales consultants are following their daily work plan in the CRM, completing all tasks properly, communicating with their assigned customers, and escalating any issues to management.
- Personally, reaching out to interested customers, overcoming objections, and setting up appointments for them to visit the dealership.
- Assist sales consultants in crafting email responses and word tracks for customer phone interactions to achieve a high level of setting bonified appointments
Job Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of CRM, DMS, and Desking tools is required. Experience with Dealertrack and VinSolutions is a plus.
- Two years of experience at a franchised dealership in the role of BDC or Internet Sales Management position
- Enthusiasm and high energy throughout the sales workday
- Friendly, competitive personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating pricing
- Strong customer service, communication skills, computer, and basic math skills
- Ability to train sales associates in all areas of handling Internet customer inquiries
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
