Jerry’s Car & Truck Wash is seeking an energetic, outgoing and positive person to make a difference in the community we serve. Our Car Wash Site Manager keeps our Automatic & Manual Car & Truck Washes, clean and running efficiently to ensure a great experience for our guests. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build a loyal customer base by establishing a trusting relationship based on integrity and fairness.
- Listen effectively to understand and communicate in a business-like manner to both customers and team members.
- Present a warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional image to customers.
- In charge of locations Daily Maintenance including General cleaning of washes, General Equipment checks, maintenance, and repairs, and Grounds maintenance.
- Maintain accountability for the operations of the car washes including inventory and cashier machine functionality.
- Handle Customer complaints, employee conflicts and daily operational problems in an even-tempered, fair and consistent manner.
- Learn and understand the performance business data and apply it fairly to daily operations and decisions in an effort to increase productivity.
- Daily opening and closing procedures
- Accurately and timely handle all administrative duties and deadlines; including employee scheduling, evaluations, inventory, etc.
- Mechanically Inclined/ Assist with simple or "Extensive" repairs
- Ability to lift items of light to heavy weight, up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of standing/walking for periods of time
- The employee is frequently exposed to loud noise, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and outside weather conditions.
Schedule Requirements:
Monday - Friday 8 - 5pm
Evenings On Call
Weekends Sat & Sun. On Call
Required Skills:
Must possess strong communication skills.
Be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writte, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Basic/ Advanced mechanical skills
Clean Driving record
Willingness to learn and succeed!
