Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and repairs on Mazda vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements.
- Efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using advanced tools and equipment.
- Stay current with Mazda technology and innovations through ongoing training and self-study.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair details, timelines, and recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts usage, and labor hours for each service.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership policies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed repairs.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years as a Mazda Technician or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing Mazda vehicles, with a strong understanding of Mazda-specific systems and components.
- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to tackle complex automotive issues.
- Diagnostic Tools: Experience using diagnostic tools and equipment specific to Mazda vehicles.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Mazda service manuals and repair procedures.
- Certifications: ASE certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Teamwork: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
