This role is crucial in ensuring that our vehicles meet the highest standards before they reach the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Reconditioning: Oversee the process from trade-in or purchase to display and sale, ensuring the quickest turnaround time while maintaining quality standards.
- Liaison Role: Act as the bridge between the Sales and Service departments to coordinate reconditioning efforts and inventory management.
- Quality Control: Assist the Service Manager in overseeing reconditioning processes and the Used Car Manager in managing inventory.
- Independent Work: Perform tasks independently with strong computer skills and effective communication abilities.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong computer skills and communication abilities.
- Experience working as a liaison between sales and service teams.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass ability and background checks.
- Must be a drug-free workplace.
