Maintain high-quality service standards to ensure exceptional client experiences in the Used Car Department. Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues accurately, focusing on routine scheduled maintenance.
- Service vehicles promptly, adhering to manufacturer recommendations.
- Communicate repair updates via ASR, ensuring transparency for all parties involved.
- Punctual attendance and regular work hours.
- Adequate technical training or equivalent experience as an automotive technician.
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to maintain a valid driver's license.
- Demonstrate concern for quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
