Are you an experienced leader with a passion for title management and auto finance? Jerry Seiner Dealerships is seeking a Title & Registration Team Lead to oversee title management operations and ensure exceptional service to customers, dealers, and internal teams.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and Develop: Supervise, coach, and motivate the title management team to ensure accurate and timely completion of daily processes.
- Title Management: Ensure lien releases and state-specific title requirements are met.
- Training & Problem Solving: Train new staff and assist team members with challenging title issues involving dealers or DMV interactions.
- Hands-On Support: Perform title activities during high-volume periods or when the team is short-staffed.
- Compliance & Updates: Stay up to date on title regulations and keep teams informed of changes.
- Escalation Management: Handle escalated calls from dealers and customers on title release or state transfer issues.
- Data & Vendor Oversight: Monitor title perfection data, analyze trends, publish reports, and manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure contract standards are met.
- Cross-State Communication: Work directly with DMV offices across all 50 U.S. states as needed.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of title and lien perfection
- Auto finance industry experience required
- Excellent customer service and conflict management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
