Overview
Jersey Premier Pools & Spas is a leader in custom swimming pools, outdoor living spaces, and high-end landscaping. We specialize in fiberglass, vinyl liner, and gunite pools, as well as paver patios, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and complete landscape solutions. We are seeking a Sales Associate to help homeowners bring their dream outdoor spaces to life!
Responsibilities
- Consult with potential clients to understand their vision and recommend pool, outdoor living, and landscape solutions
- Educate customers on pool types, outdoor features, and landscaping options
- Provide accurate estimates and close sales through effective communication and follow-up
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided inquiries
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and products to offer the best solutions to clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends.
- Engage in direct sales activities, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales experience in pools, outdoor living, landscaping, or construction (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to read and understand design plans and site layouts (a plus)
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in the industry
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within service areas
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Strong understanding of direct sales techniques and the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
