We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced executive and administrative assistant to join our rapidly growing industrial services company.
This position will report to and work directly with the CEO, COO, HR and operations teams. We are looking for an outspoken, resilient professional who thrives in a chaotic environment and is able to work as a team and independently to solve problems, develop processes and implement workflows to assist our team with executing our strategy for our team and clients on a nationwide scale.

We move quickly, break things, and build the working team our clients expect from the ground up. We are entirely remote, however, some in-person working days and travel may be required. Schedule will be flexible and on-call and weekend work may be required.
In this role, the successful candidate will have varied experience and skillsets that may touch financial accounting, contracts, pricing and reporting, AR/AP, payroll, as well as organizing and communicating with stakeholders internally and externally.
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are a must. Payroll (weekly and daily) and accounting experience (QuickBooks, reporting) is a plus.
Candidate must speak fluent English with strong writing and organizational skills. Spanish or bilingual a plus. Must have excellent organizational skills and experience managing, organizing and streamlining a lean and growing team would be ideal.
This position is remote with in-person work local to Fargo, ND, Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN a possibility. Travel requirements will be minimal with occasional on-site, in-person meetings, event attendance and presentations a possibility.
