This role demands a data-driven innovator who views digital advertising not just as a channel, but as a precision instrument for brand growth and customer acquisition.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Performance Leadership- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital performance marketing strategy focused on driving efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth- Establish and manage comprehensive performance dashboards tracking key metrics including :

  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Lifetime Value (LTV)
  • Conversion Rates
  • Channel-Specific Performance BenchmarksMulti-Channel Paid Media Management-Manage full-funnel ad campaigns across major digital platforms :
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display)
  • TikTok
  • YouTube
  • Emerging platforms and programmatic channels-Build and implement advanced targeting strategies using first-party data and platform optimization tools.-Continuously test and refine ad creatives, audiences, and placements to identify top-performing strategies.Advanced Optimization & Growth- Conduct extensive multivariate testing across the following mediums :
  • Ad creative and messaging
  • Landing page designs
  • Audience segmentation
  • Bidding strategies- Implement cutting-edge conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques- Develop predictive models for media investment and performance forecastingTechnical & Analytical Excellence- Demonstrate mastery of advanced tracking methodologies :
  • Conversion API integrations
  • Server-side tracking
  • Advanced pixel implementations
  • Cross-platform attribution modeling- Proficient in platforms including :
  • Facebook Business & Ads Manager
  • Google Ads Manager
  • TikTok Ads Manager
  • Advanced analytics toolsTeam and Ecosystem Leadership- Build and mentor a high-performance digital marketing team- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, and e-commerce teams- Develop strategic partnerships with technology and media platforms- Manage and optimize influencer and affiliate marketing programsRequired Qualifications- 5 years of experience in managing D2C ads for Meta and Google- Proven track record of managing $200K monthly ad spend- Documented success driving performance for D2C fashion / lifestyle brands- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilitiesTechnical Competencies- Advanced proficiency in :
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Excel / Google Sheets
