I am a Farmers Insurance agency owner in Grand Junction CO and I'm looking to hire a Customer Service to join our team.
Our agency is growing FAST.
Every month, our agency welcomes hundreds of new clients, and we need a Customer Service Rep to service our customers after the sale. This role involves providing service to current customers and administrative tasks, allowing our sales team to focus on what they do best - acquiring more clients.

Here's a brief day in the life of a Customer Service Rep:
1) Participate in our team Morning Huddle.
2) Answer phone calls and respond to emails from customers
3) Process policy changes, take payments, and ensure a top-notch client experience.
4) Make recommendations to current customers while providing customer service
5) Enjoy tacos when the team does well.

Requirements
- Must be able to obtain a Colorado State Insurance License before starting. (This can be done in 1-2 weeks and we cover the cost)
- Must possess a happy and positive attitude
- Must be reliable
- Must have great computer skills and typing skills with speeds of at least 60 words per minute.
- Must be open to coaching and willing to learn
