This role is primarily a background support role focused on ensuring the seamless execution of operational tasks, maintaining efficient systems, and supporting advisors and the executive assistant.
π Key Responsibilities: Operational Execution & Process Support
- Execute client service tasks behind the scenes, ensuring all operational aspects of financial planning and investment needs are handled efficiently.
- Process client paperwork, account setups, and transfers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update internal tracking systems, ensuring all client requests and follow-ups are documented and completed.
- Assist in scheduling internal workflows, managing task deadlines, and ensuring advisors and the executive assistant have what they need to serve clients effectively.
- Ensure CRM (Salesforce) and financial planning tools are updated and accurate to reflect client interactions and action items.
β Administrative & System Management
- Manage and organize internal documentation, ensuring all files and records are maintained in an efficient and compliant manner.
- Monitor and streamline operational processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Assist in coordinating communication between internal team members to ensure tasks are completed seamlessly.
- Support the team in maintaining structured workflows for financial planning, investment operations, and client service execution.
