Responsibilities
Welcome Clients: Greet and assist walk-in clients with a positive and inviting demeanor, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Communication: Respond to phone inquiries promptly, providing necessary information or directing calls to appropriate departments.
Scheduling: Manage the appointment calendar efficiently, scheduling client meetings and notifying relevant team members as needed.
Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation with accuracy and attention to detail.
Customer Support: Address customer concerns and feedback in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring client issues are resolved efficiently.
Record Maintenance: Maintain and update client records and information regularly to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is desired, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills required to effectively interact with customers and team members.
