ABOUT US: Jessica Robertson Photographic Artistry is a boutique studio that creates authentic and beautiful portraits for life’s milestones. Specializing in high school senior and family portraits, our mission is to serve the community in a welcoming, collaborative environment. We are a close-knit team who enjoy meaningful work.
As we grow, we seek an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Manager to enhance our sales and customer experience. If you’re a motivated, client-focused individual passionate about photography, we’d love to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- CLIENT-FACING SALES: Actively drive sales through in-person sales sessions and pre-sale preparations.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring clients have an exceptional experience from the moment they inquire to the delivery of their portraits.
- TEAM COLLABORATION: Work closely with our small team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and foster a positive and collaborative office culture.
- COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT: Handle client communications (phone, email, in-person) promptly and professionally, responding to inquiries, scheduling sessions, and addressing client needs.

Skills & Qualifications:
- EXPERIENCE: Three-plus years of experience in a sales or customer service management role is preferred. Ideally, there is experience in a client-facing sales role.
- COMMUNICATION: We require an individual that has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with clients and the team in a professional, friendly manner.
- ADOBE PHOTOSHOP AND LIGHTROOM: It is preferred that there is some proficiency with these tools and they are required for some aspects of image preparation. However, you will be fully trained to use these two programs.
- TEAM PLAYER: This individual must be comfortable working with a small team and contributing to a positive, open, and fun office environment.
- PASSION FOR PHOTOGRAPHY: This person MUST have a passion for photography or working in the arts, as it aligns with our company’s values and mission.
