Job Summary
The Program Coordinator / Facilitator 2 is responsible for implementing and providing program coordination for The Children’s Trust grant-sponsored Parenting Program. The Program Coordinator / Facilitator 2 will oversee all aspects of the program including recruiting, screening, scheduling, implementing the curriculum, facilitating groups, coordinating community services, and data collection/reporting along with the day-to-day program operation. The Program Coordinator / Facilitator 2 will also be responsible for the grant deliverables.
Details of Education and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health or a related field; Masters preferred.
Minimum one year of professional experience working in the community in a position of advocacy or education.
Must adhere to values and ethics of the organization and Code of Ethics as guides in decision-making.
Excellent communication skills ( oral & written)
Excellent computer skills with proficiency in navigating EMR (preferably EPIC) systems.
Special Requirement:
Current CPR certificate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
