Position Summary
As an Accounting Specialist in the aircraft management operation of Jet Aviation you will primarily be responsible for supporting our managed aircraft clients. This is a hybrid role, working at least three times weekly from our Teterboro, NJ office. The baseline range for this non-exempt position, will be as follows : $25.00 - $29.80 hourly, equivalent to $52,000 - $62,000 annually.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2-4 years of accounting experience
- Able to meet deadlines and follow-up on assigned tasks
- Ability to use Excel to create and maintain various schedules / reports
- Must have experience in Microsoft Office and Word to write emails and professional letters
- Ability to use Outlook is required
- Ability to enter data accurately Must be able to read and communicate in English
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, and percentages
