Job Title: Asphalt Sealcoating Assistant
Location: Remote with territory travel including Victoria, Waconia, Mound, Orono, Wayzata, Minnetrista, St. Boni, Spring Park.
Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal, April-November depending on weather
Hours: 40 hours per week, ending most days by 3 PM. Hours vary based on weather conditions. Some weekend work may be required, particularly for commercial jobs.

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Sealcoating Assistant to join our sealcoating team. The ideal candidate will be coachable and complete daily asphalt sealcoating and asphalt repair jobs under the Foreman. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and is capable of performing physical tasks in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all projects are executed efficiently and meet our high standards of quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be coachable, flexible and able to work well in a team environment.
- Be flexible for weekend work as required for commercial projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sealcoating, construction, landscaping, or similar field.
- Strong communication abilities and coachable mentality.
- Can operate under direct management and in an outdoor environment.
- Physical ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions from spring through fall, including weekends as needed.
- Reliable to be on site during the sealcoating season
