Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Welcome and engage with customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Sell and promote our Unlimited Wash Club while engaging with customers
- Load vehicles safely and efficiently using clear hand signals and a smile
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a thorough and enjoyable wash experience
- Maintain all aspects of the site to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Live within a 25-minute commute of our location
- Possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
