Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pastor to lead our congregation with integrity and faith. Responsibilities
- Lead weekly worship services, including preaching and teaching biblical principles.
- Provide bereavement support to families during times of loss, offering comfort and guidance.
- Plan and organize church events, ensuring they align with the mission of the congregation.
- Mentor members of the congregation in their spiritual growth and development.
- Communicate effectively with church members through various channels, including sermons, newsletters, and social media.
- Educate the congregation on scriptural teachings and church doctrines.
- Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing support to individuals facing challenging situations.
- Collaborate with church leadership to develop programs that meet the needs of the community.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in public speaking and presenting engaging messages to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent written communication skills for crafting sermons, articles, and other church materials.
- Ability to provide compassionate bereavement support and crisis intervention as needed.
